1. Digital Curriculum & Platform Use

Brett Academy provides digital cricket instruction, home training drills, and performance metrics. Video drills are intended for practice under safe parental supervision using age-appropriate equipment.

2. Fast Bowling Workload Limits

In accordance with Cricket South Africa's LTAD safety guidelines, adolescent athletes must not exceed designated ball limits. Brett Academy disclaims liability for overuse injuries resulting from parents or coaches failing to follow mandatory workload recovery windows.

3. 14-Day Technique Guarantee & Refund Policy

If an enrolled child completes the prescribed drill repetitions consistently for 14 days and submits their progress video without measurable technique improvement as evaluated against baseline metrics, parents are eligible for a full course refund upon written request within 14 calendar days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via PayFast within 5–7 business days.

4. In-Person Coaching Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Booked 1-on-1 coaching sessions in Pretoria East or Centurion may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Multi-session monthly packages carry zero lock-in contracts and unused sessions may be cancelled for a pro-rata refund upon written request.
